Recommended testing 4-6 weeks after exposed, 3 months later -(assume 4 -4.5 months post exposure- I dont think it makes a huge difference) . Would also test at 6 m post 4 wk test at 7 month post exposure

Get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure. If it is negative you should be free of HIV. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
