I get sharp pains in my left hand fingers, as well as the left side of my neck. occasionally a stab pain at my heart that only lasts a second. done many cardiac tests and cardiologist says my heart looks great. what could this be?

You're not experiencing cardiac symptoms. If a nerve root near a neck vertebra is pinched by a bone spur or a bulging disc, it can cause both neck and arm,hand or finger discomfort. An MRI of your neck vertebrae can diagnose those issues.
