Heart disease is caused by a combination of many things like hereditary, lack of exercise, overindulgence in products you mention and other causes. In moderation all these products are healthy. So exercise, eat everything in moderation, do not worry and do good work in this world . You will be blessed with good health

These foods, when ingested by some people lead to elevated levels of total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol which, in turn, can lead to development of plaque buildup in arteries throughout the body. Genetics play a role. Smoking and high blood pressure accelerate this process.Triglycerides, more related to carbohydrate intake but to a lesser degree, fats, also lead to plaque buildup.
