Skip: Unlikely the the fish oil causing the skipped beat. The American College of Cardiology recommends supplementation with 1.6 grams daily and many practitioners would recommend 2 to 3 grams daily. I would assume you are addressing some health issues. Continue the fish oil, walk, consider a daily magnesium. If the palpitations worsen notify your provider.
