Quinolone antibiotics, ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin, are often used orally to treat these three bacteria unless you encounter with resistant strains. In that case, you will need other intravenous antibiotics.

Whatever test was done should include sensitivity to various antibiotics. Sensitivity varies in different places so an accurate prediction cannot be made. generally any broad spectrum antibiotic eg Ipe. should do it
