Possible: Cysts are normal. You have to realize that it's one of the these cysts that will rupture each month to release an egg, a process called ovulation. Without cysts, you will not be able to ovulate. There are however, many different types of cysts. Simple cysts are reassuring as long as they are under 6 cm. Complex cysts or solid nodules will require a doctor's assessment.
