Well, she likely: Had a scan for pain and found the cyst incidentally. Likewise, it's not impossible to get the ovaries confused on the scan. It's most likely that the cyst is not causing the pain. It could be bladder, constipation, irritable bowel; there are a lot of options there but she needs follow up. Gd luc.
