Having absolutely no cough at all, chances are the blood is from your mouth. To set your mind at ease, make an appointment with a pulmonologist who can actually examine you, order tests, and rule out any pulmonary issues.

If you do not have cough, the blood is not from your lungs. It still advisable to see your doctor and dentist for potential adjustment to your dose and gum health, respectively. Wish you good health!
