I take xarelto 20mg for life. i take it at 4pm, i study in egypt but live in canada. the time difference is 6 hours so that becomes 10 am there. i'm advised to take it in the evening, how can i do that with this time change when i go back? thank you?

You may keep taking it at 4 pm local time where you live. If you wish to pick a fixed time, pick at GMT time and stick with it. You can access GMT on your cell phone.
