Is is true that the canadian drug dichloroacetate is a potential cure for cancer? i'm seeing 1.5 million dollars in studies showing dramatic results. would it be worth trying off-label in the usa?

Doubt it: Please don't be misled by such reports. Cancer is a very serious disease and many agencies and individuals, governments and Universities all over the world are working on curing different types. If dichloroacetate was effective, it would have been immediately picked up for study by a reputable university or researcher or agency or government. The report you are reading is likely a scam.
