Very Complex Answer: Most options are too risky - blood can be transfused, clots can kill instantly. Iron supplements should be to prevent iron deficiency over time. Contraceptive devices are very risky but may prove beneficial but must be progestin-only containing (depo-provera, implanon) and still increase clotting risk. Best answer is if no children intended) - hysterectomy.

Complex: First let me wish you wellness, you will need to work closely with your gynecologist snd hematologist to find the best way to handle this problem, drugs that control heavy menstrual bleeding might interact with Plavix/Xarelto,you need as well to tell any doctor who treats you for any condition that you are on those drugs as the potential for drug-drug interaction or even drug-food interaction is hi
