I just had the worst panic attack of my life, my heart was going very fast and hard , took a quarter of propanolol to help calm it down, now i have previous heart tests and they are fine but my brain tells me i should go to er get checked am i fine?

Consider seeing your General Practitioner or Cardiologist to evaluate for chemical imbalance. Also make contact with a Mental Health Practitioner to help you deal with your panic attacks.

Even though you have had previous tests it is a good idea to have a complete physical exam. If there is no physical problem please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help you overcome anxiety and if needed a Psychiatrist for medication.
