Can you have an anxiety attack for days or a week? My heart palpitations are not going and I have tried to be calm. I have also tried propanolol but I stopped because of the side effects.
Ive had consistent heart palpitations for almost a year now. Probably 50-100 everyday, and sickness makes it worse. I take propranolol, which is supposed to help but doesnt. Any recommendations?
