No. : Self-medication is never OK. Talk to your doctor to make a treatment plan for maintenance and for crisis. There is an enormous amount of side effects and risks that you take every time you self medicate. Please seek expert help.

Okay together: The two drugs both work differently and do not affect each other, so they can be taken together. If you find that you have more panic attacks where propranolol doesn’t appear to be having the desired effect, reach out to your doctor; you may need the dose adjusted or to receive a different medication altogether.
