Have bite adjusted: If it’s only bothering you when you wake up in the morning, the bite is probably "high" meaning that you probably clench or grind your teeth at night while you are sleeping. That tooth hits prematurely causing pain and soreness. Have your dentist check it out. It probably requires nothing more than a slight bite adjustment.

Redo or extract: 1. Try a proper antibiotic regimin. 2. If that doesn't work, retreat the tooth. 3. If that doesn't work, and apicoectomy is not an option, extract it.

Several Options: More info is needed. When was the endodontics done. Was it done under a microscope by a specialist. What exactly are your symptoms. I recommend you visit a specialist and get the tooth re- evaluated.
