My tooth at the back is longer that other tooth and it hurts every day, could it be serious?

Super Eruption: Are you missing the tooth in the opposite arch? If so, that "longer" tooth may have super erupted. Don't know your age or dental history, but it appears you need to see a dentist to be treated. Please call for an appointment.

Pain is serious: Go see your Dentist for a solution. There are many, depending on the cause of your malocclusion.
