Since november 2019,i have had third colposcopy shows glsil. i'm 27 years old, havent had pregnancy,for this reason doctor said removing abnormal cell isnt recommended.i have heard it resolves on its own within 1 year but result stays same in my case?

Only 50% of LSIL cases will regress so you need to be monitored. It is good that it has not progressed further so you do not need treatment yet. Good luck.
