These symptoms sound worry some to me. You need to be sure to inform your physician who had prescribed Gabapentin to you. Perhaps you should be checked by your doctor as soon as possible to make sure you do not have another cause for neurological/balance problems that you are having. Why were you taking Gabapentin in the first place?

Almost certainly this is not residual adverse effect of gabapentin, as the half-life is relatively short, and withdrawal would not explain this. Would return to your doctor, as something unexpected has occurred and perhaps this is an exacerbation of the condition which was treated by the gabapentin in the first place.
