Double vision (diplopia) caused by nerve palsies affect cranial nerves (CN) 3, 4, or 6. Palsy of Third CN causes both vertical/horizonal diplopia, Fourth CN is vertical, and sixth CN is horizontal (worse at distance). Normal imaging is reassuring, however a neurologist or ophthalmologist should assess the cause. It is also important to maintain a normal blood pressure after of pre-eclampia
