Spinal headache: Did you have an epidural catheter? Was the spinal sac inadvertently punctured. Headaches that are worse with straining or increase when going from lying down to upright position may be due to a spinal fluid leak. Make sure the MRI of the brain includes contrast (gadolinium). Check with your obstetrician.
