I had ingruial hernia surgery on my right side about 4 weeks ago it feels like a hard lump is in the spermacidle cord and it's swollen will it go away in it's on?

sometime there is reactive swelling of the spermatic cord or some blood there. It gets absorbed slowly over about 8-12 weeks. You should be fine. Keep yor apponitments with the surgeon and let him/her know
