Is it common for women to have scar tissue on their ovaries after a hysterectomy? i was told this after ultra sound was normal. the pain bothers me:(

Discuss with gyne: After any abdominal odor pelvic surgery, it is not uncommon to form adhesions or scar tissue even in areas that were not directly operated upon. In many instances, this resolves but in other instances it may persist. I would recommend that you continue close followup with your surgeon.

Adhesions: It sounds like adhesions after surgery, which is not uncommon. See your physician for an opinion. You may need surgery if it persists.
