I have a gauze pad stuck in an unstitched wound on my wrist that i had on 3 days. i've removed all gauz except wounded area. no signs of infection but gauz still remains. i've soaked 3 times but no budge. it's been 1 day now. skin isa flap over wrist?

You may leave it alone. It will fall off when the underlying wound heals. You may apply an emollient like Vaseline to the affected area, over the gauze.
