Dermatophyte: 2 feet + 1 hand is typical of dermatophyte infection. Maceration of web skin between toes. Scaling of skin along entire soles of feet, often discolored toenails, scaly skin on 1 palm often with discolored nails on 1 hand. This is a fungus. Castellani solution is very useful. Azole creams are helpful [clotrimazole, miconazole, ketoconazole.] Terbinafine is very effective as cream, excellent orally
