Get out of the house: Although exposure to all these animals within the first few months of life is said to reduce the risk of developing allergy, it is just that- a reduced risk not risk-free. Given that that house has mold problem, the source of the water intrusion must be fixed and the damaged material removed. You will only get sicker the longer you live in such an environment.
