My ct scan said: small collection of nodules in the right middle love have decreased in size and now are more linear and appear to be scarring. what does more linear mean? prior ct: an irregular shaped density laterally in the right middles lobe.?

Resolving infection may be associated with these findings. The reason for the imaging and your smoking history is not specified. The original CT showed a density and now there is scarring. A TB test, COVID 19 booster and a follow up appointment is recommended. Watch for signs of bleeding, weight loss and shortness of breath.
