It is very hard to advise you sight unseen and without knowing where your malocclusion started. Your orthodontist knows your treatment best and you should approach them with any concerns.

Not possible to diagnose sight unseen. That's why Orthodontists take and evaluate pre-Rx records. Also not possible to see your pre-treatment records, to know where you started. The solution to your problem may be restorative or Orthodontic. Discuss w your existing Orthodontist and, by all means, see another Orthodontist for review. Also discuss w your General Dentist.
