Hello do i have a question for a cardiologist? if i have a heart murmur that does not need treatment because it is not serious, i can be an athlete?

Many heart murmurs are just an unexpected sound from blood flow through a normal heart and blood vessels. There is no reason such a murmur would affect the decision to become an athlete or do strenuous endeavors for other reasons. The doc who knows your case and what your murmur is from can best answer this question. The posted information is not specific enough to make that clear.
