Confusing question: If the cardiologist commented on the heart beats at birth and not on a structural heart problem, there is no connection with the murmur that has been found at 7. The innocent heart murmur can be one of several that occur in kids, from the mechanical action of the heart (stills murmur) to blood rushing back to the heart from the head (venous hum).Murmur just means extra sound, in this case benign.
