So ive been taking 0.5mg ativan for about 20 days but didnt take it 3 or 4 days spread out through the 20 days and sometimes it was 1mg as i was prescribed but never no more than 1mg and im wondering if im still in the safe area for taking it?

Ativan is habit forming even at the dose you take. If you wish to discontinue its use go on a slow taper off it with the ok and supervision of your prescribing physician.
