I wouldn't expect taking such a low dose of ativan for five successive days to cause habituation or especially addiction although I do believe in a slow taper off the ativan Discuss this with the prescribing physician.

Always take meds as prescribed. Habituation and side effects are always possible otherwise and these are important parts that should be discussed with your prescriber.
