Nutrition Studying: Hey owl, this is anecdotal because there's really no evidence based research for food and concentration. I've found low carb, high protein & higher fats (omega 3's like fish), calming teas, staying hydrated, no stimulants, & above all sleep to be the best for concentrating on studying. Carbs I do eat are fruits and veggies. Carrots & pineapple i ate when i was studying for boards. Good luck!
