Having a weird pain under left nipple area or behind rib. pain is like a aching or electric pain. went to heart doc did echo came normal. comes and goes every 15 to 30 to hour. i press in it it doesnt hurt. could be lungs or spleen or colon?

I assume the physician examined your breast and nipple & found no abnormalities. You are probably dealing with an irritable superficial nerve which, in time, should resolve. A lung cause usually increases with a deep breath & associated cough is common. The site is too high for a colon or splenic cause. If symptoms persist get reexamined and a chest x-ray can be ordered.
