With normal living condition, it is rare to see a dehydrated person with symptoms. Healthy kidney function and strong thirst mechanism in young people are the keys to protect you from symptomatic dehydration. It only happens if you do not have access to water or you have disease which makes you lose water in the urine more than you can take in. So dehydration is less likely the cause of your pain.

If you are not thirsty then dehydration is not likely the cause. Unless you are a long distance runner and are not drinking enough when you run. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes and share with your Dr. You all will figure it out.
