I had a echocardiogram. results say mitral valve demonstrates sclerosis of the leaflets and trace regurgitation. and trace tricuspid regurgitation.

Findings. Symptoms?: These are findings on the echocardiogram in the view of the Cardiologist who was looking at the pictures. The real question is why the echocardiogram was ordered to begin with. Were you having symptoms? What problem was the test trying to identify? Generally, trace valve regurgitation is "physiologic" - that is, common & symptom-less. Sclerosis means thickening - so the mitral valve could be stiff
