Recent pet scan shows extensive blastic disease at level t6. prior scans over 10 years showed multifocal blastic disease without change. prior surgery for removal of t 1 referred to radiology. what can i expect?

Radiation therapy might be needed in order to stabilize further progression at T6 and help with possible related symptoms, pain specifically. Your oncologist remains your best reference at this point and you should always inquire about what the goals are for proposed treatments.
