Yes, it is normal for Blood Pressure to vary during the day depending on the activities like sitting, walking or running. Even Thoughts can affect Blood Pressure - Anxiety, Fear, Peacefulness or just Relaxation and Contentment. As long as the top number (systole) is mostly less than 130 and the Bottom number (diastole) mostly less than 80, the person is OK.
