If the topical medication‘s have failed, there are several systemic medication including methotrexate, Otezla, humira, Enbrel, etc. Choice of medicine depends on severity of disease and comorbidities(other medical problems a person have). Please discuss with your dermatologist or rheumatologist which will be the best option for you based on based on your disease activity and comorbidities.
