My age is 29yrs. for psoriasis, i'm taking methotrexate 7.5 mg since 7yrs. using this, what are the side effects to me in long term.plz suggest?

Probably not much: This is a small dose of methotrexate. Assuming you have blood tests to screen for medication toxicity and these tests are normal, the long term risk is small. Make sure blood is screened for liver toxicity and reduced blood counts every 3 months.
