Judgement and recommendations are based on talking and seeing you. We have not done so. I would discuss with the last Dr you saw. You might want to spend the $ on a month's subscription to uptodate.com and read all about psoriasis and then discuss with each one and ask why they chose different treatments. Most likely based on the med they use the most in your situation at the time they saw you.
