That was a big change from the previous doses, especially if you had not experienced hypogglycemic even in the past. I suggest you restart Novolin R with sliding scale before lunch and dinner (you already have Novolin R before breakfast with 60 units of 70/30). You should adjust Novolin R dose to keep 2 hour post-prandial glycemia less than 200. You should contact your primary doctor next week.
