Could be a migraine headache triggered by the Vaccine, but might represent a coincidental co-morbidity of a different sort. Let your physician know of your current symptoms.

Usually the side effects following the COVID 19 vaccination improve within 48 hours. The headache may be a migraine, but if the pain worsens, please see a physician right away. COVID 19 infection is possible especially since you were partially vaccinated. If shortness of breath does not improve, please have a COVID screening test. Watch for signs of cough, fever and decreased oxygen saturation.
