I have tested positive for covid in jul. i have had pressure in the head this past week. with now mucus at back of throat. i dont have fever or runny or congested nose. oxygen levels are ave of 96?

Symptoms: This could be one of many viral infections. Can't say it isn't COVID 19.

Agree with Dr. F: It is likely a new viral infection, like a common cold. Take paracetamol for pain or fever, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. Drink enough water and juice to keep your urine mostly colorless. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to hospital. Wish you good health!
