I've prescribed with sertraline, up doses to 75mg. now two weeks with shivering/trembling teeth non stop from time to time. went to emergency but doctor said couldn't do anything. ecg normal. bp 140/99. wht should i do to stop this.

The BP readings should be followed by your physician. Home BP monitor and a log of the readings is often helpful. Discuss the side effects of the medication, and whether the dose may be adjusted. The use of behavioral therapy may also be considered.
