If you had Laparoscopic surgery it is extremely unusual. If you had 'open' (incision) then there is a possibility of incisional pain. You need a better diagnosis and reason for pain. So instead of being on pain meds, which are not good for you in the long term pl see a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.
