Normal.: Resumption of menses can be fairly delayed for some women after giving birth and breast feeding, but unless you are using some type of contraception, it is also possible to ovulate and get pregnant . A pregnancy test will clarify that.

Many possibilities: There are many possibilities. It could be that your body has not adjusted yet and your hrmones have not normalized from pregnancy and breastfeeding. or the stress of gallbladder surgery. If you are sexually active it is possible you are pregnant. try a pregnancy test and if negative give it a little time before follow-up with your doctor
