Celiac and hashimotos here. everytime i have a baby i get really sick bc of new/ increased allergies. most severe is fragrance reaction to citrus rind. just had my 3rd really sensitive/cant avoid bc its everywhere. how do i find cofactors?

Avoidance is one strategy, but formal allergy testing may be indicated. Is the symptom an intolerance or actual allergic reaction? What are your symptoms? Is there itching and a rash, which are common allergic symptoms. Rinsing nasal passages with saline may help.
