I am presuming that you mean coronary artery disease. Pl use full term to avoid confusion. If you have any symptoms see a cardiologist. If not have your MD do an EKG for ressurance. Eat a healthy diet, and do some exercise. you should be fine

Treating your anxiety would be best and psychotherapy should be part of it.
