Ive (18 y/o) had a quarter sized lump on the right side of my neck right below my jaw for three days. it feels like half my throat is being blocked. the inside of my throat is sore in the spot the lump exists. i had a slight fever. what is the lump?

You have unilateral tonsilitis with a relatively big reactive lymph node (submandibular). If symptoms get worse tomorrow, see your doctor for possible need of antibiotic.
