Reactive node: Commonly lymph nodes will swell when there is an infection. If it doesnt resolve, be sure to get it checked out. Its of more concern if firm and nontender.

Lymphadenopathy: Agree with Dr. Rutledge. The lump may be swollen submandibular lymph notes that are a reaction to the inflammation associated with the cold sore.
